The Treatment Unit provides counseling and support through outpatient
and intensive outpatient programs for individuals seeking help with substance
abuse/addiction issues.
People of all ages, including
children, are eligible if they have problems associated with chemical abuse; are
involved with a person abusing chemicals; are experiencing problems that are a
result of past chemical or substance abuse; or have a need for counseling &
urine testing.
REFERRALS:
Some of the referral sources for treatment are:
Self Referrals,
Court Ordered (DUI, probation, parole),
Referrals for aftercare (from treatment
facilities, detox, etc.), Employee Assistance Programs, Adolescents (from
CYS/JPO, placement facilities, schools, SAP, and families).
SERVICES:
Our services include: Assessment, Individual Therapy, Specialized Group Therapy
(offered several times a week on different days,) Coordination of services, Psychiatric Evaluation, Medication Management.

Mental Illness/Substance
Abuse (MISA):
In cooperation with Chestnut Ridge Counseling
Services (CRCSI), specialized coordinated services are offered for adults
experiencing both mental health problems and substance abuse problems. For

Children of Alcoholics and Addicts (C.O.A.): This program
will serve Fayette County residing children or adolescents who have C.O.A.
issues. The individual can be 17 years of age or younger, and must be able
to understand the reasons for their treatment.

Intensive
Outpatient Detoxification:
This program is
appropriate for opiate dependent individuals who want to detoxify while
still living at home, and have strong home support. In order to receive
buprenorphine and be successful in this program, the client must have
transportation to come to our office three times a week, for six weeks. This
program consists of five (5) hours of therapy a week. The client will be
given lots of support and resources to assist them through this program!
Value Behavioral Health
Insurance is accepted for this program. If you have no insurance,
you may qualify for Medical Assistance and we will help you apply in our
office. The amount you are asked to pay for your services is determined on a
sliding fee scale based on how much income you receive. Proof of income is
required for your household so we can determine your liability.
