Through treatment services, case management, prevention education, DUI & intervention services, and referrals, we help people understand their options and connect with the support they need.

Individuals Seeking Help
Support for people who are concerned about substance use, problem gambling, or related challenges and want to better understand their options.

Guidance for people who are worried about someone they care about and want to learn how to support them.
Courts, Probation & Referral Partners
DUI services, assessments, referrals, treatment coordination, and support for professionals helping connect individuals with services.

It is the vision of FCDAC, Inc. to strive for addiction free living by making available within our community a well-trained professional staff who will provide the education, awareness and encouragement to empower individuals to make positive choices for total wellness.

Hours of Operation
Our standard hours of operation are Monday, Thursday, and Friday 8AM-5PM and Tuesday/Wednesday 8AM-7PM. Prevention services may be scheduled in advance outside of these hours.
